Adult Bingo Table Booking – Please Read Carefully

To reserve a table for Adult Bingo, please complete and return the attached booking form.

When filling out your form, please indicate your preferred seating area:

🔹 Area 1 – The bottom hall “dance floor” near the bingo callers and the first tiered step. Please note: depending on demand, some tables in this area may be removed after bingo to create space for dancing.
🔹 Area 2 – The second and third tiered steps in the bottom hall.
🔹 Area 3 – The top hall.

👉 Important Notes:

• Tiered step areas cannot accommodate tables of more than 6 people.

• Tables are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

• If your preferred area is no longer available, you will be allocated a table in another section.

 

💷 A £5 reservation fee applies per table. The Fair Committee reserves the right to close bookings at any time. All table booking fees will be passed onto Tweedbank Fair.

🕡 Doors open at 6.30pm for reserved tables. Any tables not claimed by 6.45pm may be reallocated.
